Skillet Chicken & Broccoli

500g      Chicken breasts, chopped into small pieces
4 tbsp    Corn starch
2 cups    Broccoli florets, boiled
Some     White sesame seeds
1 bowl    White rice, cooked

6 tbsp    Honey
4 tbsp    Ketchup
3 tbsp    Sugar
1 tbsp    Brown sugar
2 tbsp    Pearl River Bridge Rice Vinegar
3 tbsp    Pearl River Bridge Superior Light Soy Sauce
1 tbsp    Garlic powder
2 tbsp    Corn starch, mix with 2 tbsp cold water

1.   Coat chicken breasts with corn starch.
2.   Whisk together the sauce in a bowl, set aside.
3.   Heat up a pan, add oil and add chicken. Sauté over medium heat for 5-6 mins. 
4.   Add broccoli and pour sauce over the top. Stir over medium heat for 4-5 mins longer until chicken is cooked through.
5.   Add corn starch mixture and stir until sauce thickens. Sprinkle with white sesame seeds and serve over white rice.
