Sweet & Sour Chicken

250g    Chicken breast, cubed roughly 6x4cm 
50g      Ginger, shredded 
15g      Spring onions, chopped 
1pc      Chilli, chopped 

4 tsp      Peanut Oil 
4 tbsp    PRB Vinegar Sweetened 
2 tbsp    PRB Superior Light Soy Sauce 

1.   Heat up 4 tsp oil and fry with the ginger, spring onions and chilli. 
2.   Add the chicken breast. 
3.   Add the rest of sauce and stir-fry for 10 minutes, then serve.
