Roasted Lamb Chops with Soy Sauce

【Ingredients】
3-4 pcs Lamb chops
1/2 cup Cashew nuts
1/2 pc Parsnip
2 pcs Carrots
4 pcs Small potatoes, unpeeled
Pinch Cloves
3 pcs Small onions
【Marinade】
2 cup Olive oil
4 tbsp PRB Superior Light Soy Sauce
2 tsp PRB Mushroom Flavoured Superior Dark Soy Sauce
1 cup Red wine
1 pc Bay leaf
1/2 tsp Herb seasoning
1 tsp Rosemary
2 cloves Garlic, crushed
1/2 pc Large onion
1/2 pc Carrot
【Other Sauce】
Splash Olive oil
Some Liquid honey
Pinch Salt
【Method】
1. Mix the marinade, put down the flesh in bags and marinate for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.
2. Pour the meat, marinade and cashew nuts in a baking pan at 225°C for around 40 mins.
3. Peel the parsnips and carrots and cut into sticks, mix cloves and unpeeled potatoes, peel the onions and drizzle with a splash of olive oil and some honey.
4. Sprinkle with salt flakes. Roast in the oven at 250°C for around 30 mins.
